In 2016, GLOCK celebrates it’s 30th anniversary in the United States. CraterDust was asked to develop an integrated campaign that highlighted GLOCK’s many achievements and to also promote the production of 30 specially hand-engraved GLOCK 17 pistols to be awarded to various organizations throughout the year.
With a timeframe slated for a new year launch, the team worked around the clock to develop a commercial spot that spanned 30 years of GLOCK at a glance. Through a timeline perspective, CraterDust worked through a concept that was to kick off the GLOCK party at SHOT Show 2016. Working with our partners at The Brute Squad we pulled it all together for a unique commercial recapping the highlights of GLOCK's achievements over 30 years.
The landing page for the GLOCK 30th anniversary aimed to serve as the primary hub for not only the history of GLOCK Inc. but the 30 custom engraved pistols engraved by Master Engravers from all over the country. GLOCK donated pistols to organizations, charities, events and to contests for GLOCK fans with each its own hand-engraved slide.
